Marie Muddiman, Executive Director
|
Marie Muddiman's background includes a wealth of experience in the nonprofit arena. She has worked for United Way of Roanoke Valley as Community Impact Manager, for Girl Scouts of Virginia Skyline Council as Development Manager, and for United Methodist churches. She has a degree in Family and Child Development from Virginia Tech and is a graduate of the Batten Leadership program at Hollins University. While at Raleigh Court United Methodist Church, she was the volunteer coordinator for RVIHN.

Aaron Dowdy, Manager of Guest Services
|
Aaron joined the IHN staff in January 2012. After graduating in 2000 from
Carson-Newman College, he began working in Texas for a non-profit called
Mission Waco. While with Mission Waco, Aaron served as the Adult Literacy
Coordinator, homeless shelter monitor, and a drug rehabilitation house
monitor. In 2007 Aaron and his family moved to Central Asia to work on a
community development project with marginalized farmers. Originally from
the Roanoke Valley, Aaron returned to the area in 2011.

Meredith Roller, Volunteer & Event Coordinator
|
Meredith Roller joined IHN part-time in December 2007. She serves as Volunteer and Event Coordinator. Meredith holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Roanoke College. She works with our donors, serves as staff coordinator for fundraisers and special events, works as a liaison between congregation coordinators/volunteers and IHN staff and assists the Executive Director and Director of Guest Services with the day-to-day work of IHN. A native Roanoker, Meredith moved back to the area in 2005.
